Vanderbilt: (about his new suit) Don't you think it's kind of small and short? O'Rourke: It's the latest thing. You can wash your hands without taking your jacket off!

Dobbs: I got me a tryout for a symphony orchestra. Capt. Parmenter: Well, isn't that nice? How did you make out? Dobbs: I don't know. I shut my eyes to reach up for a high note and when I opened 'em, I was out on the sidewalk.
