      • Wild Eagle:(showing O'Rourke and Agarn good luck charms) We use to have another one, a charm that protects you from fire. But it's not here. Agarn: Did it get sold? Wild Eagle: It got burned.

      • Capt. Parmenter: Times like these, I always remember what my uncle, General Lucius Parmenter, used to say. "If a man lives life with a brave heart, a strong will and a valiant soul, why, a man could live forever." Agarn: Sir, how can you remember each word so exactly? Capt. Parmenter: Oh, it's on his tombstone.

      • Capt. Parmenter: Oh, this is a frightening situation, Sergeant. An entire tribe of hostile Indians with their warriors and their weapons and their native cunning all pitted against one man -- Private Leonard W. Starr. Agarn: Aw, them poor Indians. They won't stand a chance.

      • Wrongo Starr: It's been this way all my life. You see, at an early age, a black cat crossed my path. Capt. Parmenter: Well, that's nothing. Everybody's had a black cat cross their path. Wrongo Starr: In the delivery room?

      • O'Rourke: If you're not superstitious, how come Crazy Cat was doing a sun dance last week? Crazy Cat: That not sun dance. That was rehearsal for sad, sad day when Wild Eagle take leave of our tribe, say goodbye to earthly possessions and go to happy hunting ground in sky. Agarn: You mean, when he dies. Crazy Cat: Well, if you wanna get crude about it. Wild Eagle: If you not want funeral yourself, Crazy Cat, you better stop rehearsing my funeral! Crazy Cat: Sorry, the show must go on.

      • O'Rourke: Is that all the good luck charms you got? Crazy Cat: These are all the good luck charms, but we got some bad luck charms. Agarn: Now why would anybody buy a bad luck charm? Crazy Cat: They're cheaper.

      • O'Rourke: That's our new mascot, Captain. Yes, that goat represents the strength and the courage of the men of F Troop. Agarn: Her name is Miss Gwendolyn.
