  • Pretty good!

It was just my second episode of the show, but still very interesting. I must note hthat I only was half-heartedly watching the episode due to the late timeslot here in Australia, so I might've missed a couple of things and as I've only seen the previous episode, I might be unclear on a few things.

But from my point of view, it was an interestin episode with a good case. Lots of storylines developed and it was very interesting to watch.

I think I'll definitely tune in for Season 2, although I might still be foggy on some of the things going on, but the show seems to have a lot of potential!moreless
  • Just wrong

In the future they should hire people who can actually speak the language of the country they are supposed to be from not go around hiring people who:

    1. Don't look like Croatians

    2. Speak english with Russian accent (which Croats most definitely don't)

    3. Don't speak Croatian at all-ok seriously when that woman was talking it was like listening to google translate: wrong accent, wrong intonation, no grammar at all

It was a great case but next time check before you film something.

And I wish Kate could get over Justin,he's not worth it and it makes her seem weak. Sarah is amazing without her the show would suck.

    Sincerely,

    Croatian girlmoreless

The season finale of Fairly Legal aired today. I do not want to say that this season was a disappointment, but this is definitely not how I hoped this show would turn out. Other than Royal Pains and White Collar, most USA Network original shows were highly entertaining, but this one...not so much.

Kate Reed, I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I am not sure if you, "will be back." I hope so, because I would love to see the show retool things and become good, but I doubt that can episode.

This episode proved why this show is really troubled as they did too much in the final moments. They had a breakup, a breakdown, work issues, just everything was resolved in the 4th quarter of the game, which is fine in sports, but not in television.moreless
  • A little to busy for me.

I liked this episode but found they tried to pack to much information into it, and leave to many questions unanswered as some form of cliff-hanger. What was in the envelope? Why did she blurt that out to Justin? Will they make up.... again?

The Reed vs Reed confrontation we all knew was coming and it was nice to see it finally happen. Hope the show continues so we can see how that plays out.

I still don't know how she was canned. If they each own the same amount of the company, wouldn't the brother have to step in and have a vote?moreless
  • Season 1 Finale

    7.8
Season finale of Fairly Legal was pretty good all things considered. We got a lot of good cliffhangers, 2 very interesting cases, and a hopeful line to close out the episode: "I will be back." I kind of do want this show to return. I mean nothing this season really "wowed" me, but I'm definitely interested in seeing how this show will develop come season 2.

I can only imagine the cases get even more interesting, Kate's character could get a little more exaggerated, but I can definitely see this show getting better. The pregnancy scare in the finale was a bit derivative (not to mention predictable) but it led in to the breakup of the 'doomed from the start' Justin/Kate relationship.

If this show does get picked up, it really needs to work out a few things, may be make the supporting characters a little more three dimensional, but that's my only substantial complaint. Overall, good enough, and I actually am rooting for a second season.moreless
