Angela tells Samantha that Richard murdered his stepfather. If she meant Henri Denault she should have said adoptive father or foster father. Richard was involved in his death but it was an accident. Any stepfather's he had would have been Angela's husbands but Erikson died in the plane crash and Stavros was alive and well. Richard wasn't directly to blame for either.
