  • Poor Buffy can't sing, but Jody can!

    9.0
Bill has a friend who is a famous singer, and Buffy really wants to be a singer. In music class, it's time to start a Girls Glee Club and of course, Buffy tries out for it, but unfortunately doesn't make it, her teacher says she is tone deaf.

Since she really wants to be in the Glee Club and be in the performance on Parent's Night, both the teacher, Miss Cummings, and Bill's friend Julie Madden try to give her singing lessons, but it is hopeless. The teacher tells her to just move her lips in class.

When she's in the hallway and very upset, Jody tries to cheer her up and shows her how to sing. The Music teacher walks by and tells Jody he should be in the Glee Club, but it's all girls and he doesn't want to be involved. So she gives Jody a solo, which really upsets Buffy, even though she acts happy for Jody.

Later, she gets excited because she gets to be at Parent's Night after all, she gets to be a page-turner and turn the pages of the music. I think she also got to be the MC, when she announced Jody's performance. Jody's performance "Every Boy Could Be President" was amazing, especially for a third grade boy.moreless
  • Let's go!

    10
Move it! On your hands and feet! Immediately, right now, eyes and ears straight-up front, not back! I mean it! No more decieving those people, and other creatures who are in profound dire need! Accelerate it! Right waving now! Begin diving, running, swimming, sailing, smashing, voyaging, and traveling way, way, way, way upwards! And only travel directly through space all the way upwards, and very, very, very, very beyond! Right now! Not any later! I mean it!

    Sincerely,

    Karen L. Hunt.
