Every time I see that I just think of Seth standing in his voice studio, laying down that track you know especially the "where ya-at, where ya-at, where ya-at, where ya-at. Now there ya-go, there ya-go, there ya-go, there ya-go." That must have been soooo funny to see him recording it.

Where did this little song come from? Or is it just one of Seth's random songs?

Peanut Butter Jelly Time is a flash aniamtion that emerged in the early 2000s.Based upon a song of the same name recorded by the Buckwheat boys.

    Heres the first verison: http://home.comcast.net/~etrata/flash/banana2.swf

No offense to Family Guy for parodying the song, but I think its ridiculous that this song got big enough to be parodied in the first place.  People work endlessly writing good sounding, meaningful music just to be outshined by people producing asinine garbage like this.

In fact, the Buckwheat Boys have another song called "Ice Cream and Cake", which is basically the same damn song.  http://www.leoslyrics.com/listlyrics.php?hid=mjSIfEi7jCA%3D

Wow, that song is pretty similar. So dumb. (I actually like Peanut Butter Jelly Time even though it is stupid, but making a replication of the song and giving it a different name is pretty stupid.)
