Seth MacFarlane: Over the years, Peter Griffin has had more jobs then you can shake a stick at. I've never understood that saying, "shake a stick at." What, did people in the old days shake sticks at things in large numbers? (laughs) I'm the engine behind most of the comedy in the show.
Seth: As an African American male do you think Family Guy speaks to you? Guy: Uh yeah, I do. Seth: It does. In what way? Guy: In the wrong way that's why I want it off.
Lady: Who is the voice on, of St-, that's not David Hyde Pierce's voice. Seth: For which character? Lady: Stewie the baby or whatever his name - that's not him. Seth: That is David Hyde Pierce. Lady: No way. Seth: Yep. Lady: Is it really? Seth: Yep. Lady: Oh I'm so disappointed.
Seth: Well, we hope you've enjoyed this look back at the first 100 episodes of Family Guy. Here's to the next 100. And hopefully we won't get cancelled for two and a half f***ing years in the middle again. Goodnight America.
For the first time, Lacey Chabert's name is in the credits for her role as Meg.
