When Peter uses a hot air balloon to move his house, it crashes Cleveland's house, which results in Cleveland's bathtub gag again. But before the gag, his garage has a yellow exterior wall instead of the normal pink.
In this episode, Peter is required to pass the third grade, but in "And the Wiener is..." Peter passes fourth grade just before he goes hunting with Chris, meaning he must have passed the third grade prior to that.
