Laura and Ted decide that they've had enough of Urkel's plays for Laura. So, knowing that other methods of discouraging Urkel have been less than successful, they defer to another tactic - by pairing him up with another girl.
Ted enlists the services of his brainy, yet stunningly beautiful, cousin, Myra Monkhouse. While she wins over Urkel on a double-date to a Dave Koz concert, his conscience gets the best of him.
During the concert, Urkel publicly vows he will always remain loyal to the true love of his life, Laura (much to her disgust, and adding to it is Koz serenading the Winslow girl on his sax). Oh, Ted's embarassed and Myra decides she needs to assert herself a teensy bit more to snare herself an Urkel.
And Waldo - who's employed as an usher here - is just plain confused, adding surnames to Ivana Trump if she were to keep remarrying and using each successive husband's last name.
Meanwhile, after Carl helps out Judy, he criticizes Harriette for helping out Eddie.
Harriette then explains that Laura and Judy have a hold over Carl the same way Eddie has a hold over her. She points out that the kids need to be responsible for their actions but should also know that they can come to them for help.
