      • At the beginning of the show, Steve says he and Carl were supposed to go skydiving in 1986. Steve and Carl didn't even know each other back then. They met in during season 1 in "Laura's First Date."

      • Three of the Urkel kids were all contest winners from a Be Like Steve Urkel contest. Kids had to dress like Steve and videotape it which was shown in the closing credits of this episode. The fourth one was from a casting audition.
