  • This episode is about how Harriette and Carl have to compete against a jerk Charlie and his show off wife in a policemen and their wife contest. In the process, Carl gets hurt, but still wins. But he gives it up because at the end they both get hurt.

This episode is a great one because it shows the competitive, but caring side of Carl Winslow. He we see this when Carl threw his back out and Charlie twisted his ankle in the final competition. Charlie\'s wife stops, and makes Charlie forfeit their chance of winning. Carl had the trophy in his hands when he said that they should both win. Too bad it was against the contest\'s policies, so the polka couple won. This shows that Carl has a good head on his shoulders and knows when to stop being so competitive. The character Carl Winslow is an inspiration to everyone.
  • One of my favorites

Carl would define his new coworker, Charlie Carnelli, as a jackass with a badge, and a goober from the get-go. Carnelli starts competing with everything and Carl must show him who the better dancer is in the annual dance contest. Carl then throws out his back, bringing pain in, and must hang from a door with Steve keeping him company. The contest then begins, and both Carl and Charlie hurt themselves. I loved this episode as it focused mainly on physical humor, and is one of the crazier episodes. Absolutely original lines by Steve, Carl, and everyone else. So watch this awesome episode, and you will see how much fun it is to watch Carl competing. The Winslows and the Carnellis are gonna rumba!
