  • Christmas Review #62

Laura finally gives Curtis the old heave-ho now that Stefan is back to stay. Meanwhile, Carl and Steve get lost in the woods looking for a Christmas tree. I thought that this was an excellent Christmas episode of "Family Matters". Although, it's not quite as good as the other Christmas episodes but it was still enjoyable to watch. The thing that did lower my score a little though was Laura. I didn't like it when she was kissing Curtis but also Stefan behind both of them. The Carl/Steve plot with the two of them cutting down a Christmas tree at the woods and getting lost was very funny though and I liked the heartwarming scene between Carl and Steve when they were warming up. The ending was also very funny and more parts made me laugh as well. I liked the scene with Harriette telling Laura her story about when she was dating both Carl and a guy named Darryl back when she was younger. Overall, an excellent Christmas episode of "Family Matters" but not quite as good as the other Christmas episodes. 9.5/10
  • Decent episode.

I really don't care much when Steve and Carl get lost together. Some of their adventures are funny, but some are boring. This adventure was boring and I have to say that I really wasn't impressed with them getting lost in the woods. The storyline with Stefan and Laura, along with Curtis, was just okay. I kind of get sick of Laura drooling over Stefan, but I also get sick of everyone drooling over Laura. Overall, the episode had some decent comedy, average storylines, and some okay acting. I was fairly entertained and also very much interested for some of the time. Thank you.
