Harriette's nephew, Clarence, is sent to the Winslows to live. His family had apparently had enough of the boy's growing police record.
But Clarence's "bad-boy" attitude is more than the Winslows can handle. Especially since he quickly becomes an easy influence on Eddie.
It isn't long before Clarence shows up one night in a Porsche full of pretty girls and invites Eddie and Urkel along for the ride. But the joyride quickly comes to an end, since this Porsche is stolen!!! Eddie, Clarence and Urkel all end up in jail.
Harriette lectures Clarence on his attitude and how it has a negative impact on Eddie. Clarence refuses to see the error of his ways, blaming everyone else for his problems. Harriette is so disgusted she kicks her nephew out!
At least Eddie is remorseful for his participation in Clarence's scheme. But while the car owner agreed to drop the charges against Eddie, Carl doesn't let his son off that easy ... he has to deliver meals to elderly shut-ins for the next year.
