Steve and Carl are in the Winslow's living room when Steve accidentally takes Laura's diet pills. After he takes the pills Steve clips his water bottle on the left side of his tool belt and clips the pill bottle to the right side of the belt. Steve then exits the living room to meet Carl in the garage. When Steve enters the garage the two bottles are suddenly reversed! The water bottle is now clipped on the right and the pills are on the left.
Harriette: How long have you had diet pills? Laura: Mom, I just got them. I haven't taken any, I swear... but I was going to. Harriette: Why? Laura: Because I'm too fat. Harriette: Oh, sure, you're a house. What are you, a size 6?
Harriette: Those shelves were flimsy. Steve: You're right, they fell down boomity boom-boom, boomity boomity boom-boom. (Steve boom-booms to the theme of Bonanza while riding a broom) Laura: Is it just me or is Steve acting weirder than usual?
(about the diet pills) Laura: Your cousin just gave these to you? Girl: No way, she traded me them for a box of Ding-Dongs. That girl has no will power.
(Steve after downing six diet pills) Steve: Hi, Harriette. Hi, Laura, Hi, Harriette. Hi, Laura. Hi, Harriette. Oh, look, it's Laura! Carl: Just the same, I think I better take you down to the hospital. Steve: Good idea, I'll run ahead and fill out the forms. (Steve moonwalks out of the garage)
