Jenner and his fiancee Stacy enter The Ship's Anchor bar in search of Collins, a tattoo artist is working on a patron. So after a bar fight erupts between Jenner and Collins.
Eddie Collins (Cameron Mitchell) falls into quicksand and is pulled out reluctantly by Mike Jenner (Dennis Cole).
Mr. Roarke introduces Miss Cindy Carter a PBX operator from Chicago, Illinois and Mike Jenner and his fiancee Stacy Connors from Carmel, California.

Mr. Roarke: Tattoo what are you talking about and why on earth are you dressed up like that, don't you know we have to meet our guests. Tattoo: Well painting really is my artistic soul. Mr. Roarke: There wouldn't be any other reason why you have so suddenly become interested in art. Tattoo: Like what Boss. Mr. Roarke: Like attracting females, no huh. Tattoo: Well now that you mention it, some chicks really go for sensitive artistic types. Mr. Roarke: Ah Tattoo, whenever you are ready we really should go and meet our guests.
