Stunt #1 (Water car rotisserie)
Elizabeth was first. She was unable to get the lock unlocked and quit. Elizabeth was eliminated. Paola was second. She had no problem with the locks and completed the stunt in 53.9 seconds. Monique was next. She freaked out and quit on the first rotation. Monique was eliminated. David was first for the men. His time was 1:13.9. Anthony, this episode's big trash talker, was next. He completed the stunt in 1:03.1. Ryan was last. He got the locks off faster than anyone and set a new record with 48 seconds. David was eliminated.

Stunt #2 (Fear Factor Sushi Bar)
Anthony was first. He chose dish 1 first. The sushi roles for this dish would be stuffed with maggots and Madagascar hissing cockroaches. He had no problem eating his two maggot and cockroach roles. Anthony chose dish 2 for his second choice. This time he would be eating one large roll stuffed with maggots and rotten squid guts. He had more trouble with this one, but got it down. Ryan was next. He chose dish 3 for his first meal. He would have to eat a cut role stuffed with red worms, super worms, maggots, and earthworms. He got through it and chose 6 for his second dish. This time he would be eating two rice balls topped dead tarantulas. He almost ran out of time, but finished before the clock ran out. Paola was last. She chose to eat dish 5 first. This roll consisted of stink bugs, beetles, maggots, and fish sauce. She finished it. Only dish 4 was left. She would have to drink three sake glasses of blended fish sauce, squid guts, and squid ink. She also finished this, and in record time. Everyone was moving on to the finals.

Stunt #3 (Rooftop plank)
Anthony was first. The beam wobbled and Anthony fell down on it, but got back up. The wall was more than halfway down the beam before he attached his first flag. As the wall closed in, he managed to get all 8 flags in 1:25.2. Paola was next. She was also hesitant and took a long time to get the first flag. She got all 8, but her time was 1:26.0. Paola was eliminated. Ryan was last. He wasted a little less time before starting the transfer and wound up with a time of 1:14.7. Ryan was the Fear Factor Champion.
