Stunt #1 (Tilting platform)
Kyla (Miss Utah) was up first, and transferred 5 flags in 49 seconds. Tara (Miss Alabama) was up next and got 6 flags in 49 seconds. Stacey (Miss Michigan) was next and got 6 flags in 47 seconds. Jaclyn (Miss New York) was fourth and 6 flags in 52 seconds. Carolyn (Miss West Virginia) was up next and got 6 flags in 55 seconds. Vanessa (Miss New Hampshire) was last and transferred five flags, but one of the fell, so her final score was 4 flags. Kyla and Vanessa were eliminated.

Stunt #2 (Sea cucumbers)
Tara went first and did not sink the ball after five putts, so she had to eat the largest size of sea cucumber. Jaclyn was next and sunk the ball with four putts. She would be eating the second largest size. Stacey was next and sunk the ball in three putts; she would be eating the second smallest size. Carolyn was last and got a hole-in-one, so she automatically advanced without having to eat anything. Everyone else ate their sea cucumber and also advanced to the finals.

Stunt #3 (Helicopter hang)
Tara was first and set a time of 1:15. Carolyn was up second and fell after 57 seconds. Stacey was next and held on for one minute. Jaclyn was last and also dropped after one minute. Tara was crowned Miss Fear Factor and won $25,000 for herself and $25,000 for the National Breast Cancer Coalition.
