Episode Summary

EDIT
Javier and Samuel decide to become parents. Javier asks Felicity to donate an egg, which would be implanted into his aunt. Felicity agrees, but changes her mind after Ben adamantly states his opposition. Felicity poses as Javier's wife during an interview with a potential donor. The woman backs out after discovering that the child would actually have two fathers. Felicity tells Ben that she has come to appreciate his viewpoint; she cannot deal with the idea of watching someone else raise her biological child. During an Al-Anon meeting, Molly speaks of her struggle to break free from an addict boyfriend. Ben confronts her and asks if the drugs discovered in Julie's closet were hers. She denies this, but later comes clean during a meeting. However, Ben cannot share any of her revelations with Felicity because of the confidential nature of the group. Jane angrily rejects Noel after he confesses to stalking her. Overcome with despair, she sleeps with an old friend--Richard. Elena tries desperately to win back Tracy.moreless

  • Javier asks for a HUGE favor from Felicity and she accepts... sounds familiar? Season 1's "Love and Marriage" all over again, only worst than the last time!

    6.0
Season 3 wasn't really a bad season, but it was definitely wasn't seasons 1 and 2. It's a bad sign to see a decline in a series, but it's even worst to see the same episode of what I already found to be a lackluster episode. This is like season 1's "Love and Marriage" all over again. Javier asked Felicity, freshman year, to marry him. At first, she accepts, but then she realizes she can't go through with it. This year, he asks for her egg so that his baby could have her genes. Knowing Felicity, she accepts(once again). Then, after a few speeches, she realizes she's making a mistake. It's slightly insulting that the writers didn't even TRY to do it different this time around. Noel's story was admittingly interesting. I liked his little story with Jane and how he stalked her to find out more about her. I thought he had a lot of friendly chemistry with Tyra Banks. The ending of his story in this episode came off as a shock, finding out that her best friend, Tricky, is in fact Richard. It also set up for a more interesting storyline in the future, with Jane and Noel pretending they don't know each other as Richard introduces them. Too bad Jane dissappeared after this episode, making for a senseless arc and another senseless part to an irrelevant episode.

Elena's story was... there. Sure, it was funny trying to see her win back Tracy, but once again, nothing happened. To be honest, I hardly remember her in this episode and I usually like her storylines. So for a show that's know for recycling stories, this was definitely the worst effort they made at doing it. Besides, the season only had 17 episodes and they decided to waste a while episode on a crappy story. It just doesn't do for me.moreless
  • Boring...

    8.2
The begining of this episode remind me with one of the frist season episode, one of the least favorite to me,and most of the fans "Love and Marriage" Javier ask Felicity a hard favor. AND Felicity agree..

May be when he ask her to marry him was 10% accepted that she'd think about that the whole episode-as well as the episode was somehow exciting- But this time How she can think about that?? Well It's really meanless story line. and I really can't get it... why would Felicity think even about?!!

I just agree with Ben mention what happend with Julie.. I guess that's the only one point about the whole storyline. The only good thing at the episode was Noel/Jane storyline finally. it's so funny.. and I loved this dialog bewteen him and Felicity

    Felicity: You so funny.

    Noel: Why?

Felicity: Because you underestimate yourself.. you always have.

Noel: I have not.. I underestimate myself?!

Felicity: Just if there's one guy who doesn't have to lie to get a girl's attention, it's you. Trust me.

Anyway I hope season three get better storylines.moreless
