Felicity enters to find Noel and Todd laughing at a web site, which Noel begins to identify as "Contemptuous Sardonic..." before he is cut off. This is a reference to The Contemptuous Sardonic Felicity Watchers Society.
The word "Hey" was used 20 times during this episode.
Sean tells Ben that he is relying on his rent check because "Paul and Stu" had moved out. Paul was seen in the episode Spooked, but Stu had never been mentioned before this episode. In the episode Thanksgiving, Sean told Ben to look for a razor in "Richard's room." What happened to him?
Blair: Tara and I never slept together.
Elena: Well, you should. That way I know that you're sleeping with a bitch and she's left unsatisfied.
Ben: Felicity's got a stalker.
Sean: 'Got' or 'is'?
Felicity: He came all the way to New York, convinced that I'm, like, his soulmate or something.
Ben: Imagine that.
Felicity: I'm sort of in the same situation.
Ben: You're stalking somebody else? Who?
Meghan: (after piercing her nose) It's in. I can't even feel it. That's the first time I've said that.

Ben: Yeah, we had fun. We watched Enemy of the State on SpectraVision.
Enemy of the State is a 1998 film starring Will Smith, Jon Voight, Gene Hackman and Lisa Bonet about a man (Smith) finding himself caught in the middle of a governemnt conspiracy. Also, SpectraVision "was a hotel-based system using industrial VCRs and Echelon's LonWorks for the backend (control and billing) and it lost favor to Satellite-based systems in the mid-1990s."
Noel: Okay, this is a problem, you know? And why is he sending you Dead Poet's Society?
Dead Poet's Soceity is a 1989 film starring Robin Williams as an English teacher at a 1950's boy's school who, while stirring up their interests in poetry and literature, inspires his students to face the adversities of family and censorship by accepting and making changes in their lives.
