Felicity

Felicity claims that it was the same fire from before that Noel died in, but it couldn't have been. The first time the fire happened a lot later, after Ben slept with Lauren. This time Ben hadn't even met Lauren. Felicity had nothing to do with the fire so she wouldn't have affected it at all. So it doesn't make sense that the fire happened two months earlier and the same guy came into Noel's office and said the same thing two months earlier. (Ed. note: I'm not sure if the fire happened two months earlier. The timeline is very hard to follow in the time travel storyline.)

Ben has long hair after Felicity "travels back in time"; but in My Best Friend's Wedding, he had a buzz cut.

In this episode, Felicity is back to Palo Alto, California. It is the first time since the Pilot (Season 1's first episode) that we can see Felicity and Ben in California.

Meghan changed her look in this episode from the punk rock rebel style to a more 60s sitcom housewife look.

Technically, Eva is not vegan as she is being fed milk, which is 'an animal by-product'. Unless it was non-milk baby formula, Eva is not a vegan, but perhaps, rather Ruby meant that the baby was a vegetarian.

Felicity mention that she send a tape to Sally, while we never seeing her recording any tapes during the previous episodes at this season.

It was said that James's parents were eaten by a Rhyno. But Rhynos are vegetarian. They would kill but not eat.

It's a bit surprising that Ben is still allowed in the bar considering that he has had a few altercations including the one with Randy.

Molly says that she loves Doctor Who, and that she has pictures of Tom Baker.

When Felicity is at her French Class, she totally sucks at speaking it, not to mention she made the impression that she didn't even have a clue about what she was talking about. However in Crash, when Felicity flips out to David, she flips out in PERFECT FRENCH. So what is the deal? Does she know how to speak the language or not?

There's no "Dear Sally" in this episode because the writer used a new technique this season by making most of the cast talk to Sean's documentary camera instead of only Felicity taping for Sally.

Amanda Foreman who plays Meghan, and Kevin Weisman who plays the guy at the club, play husband and wife on Alias, another J.J. Abrams show.

Felicity's campaign poster's are defaced with the phrase "chia head" in reference to chia pets.

Felicity refers to Help for the Lovelorn as she tells Julie that she had a horrible nightmare about Meghan's box.

How can the university say that it has a policy to administer no post-coital contraceptives and yet provide abortions? In a previous episode, Noel and Ruby planned on an abortion at this same clinic. It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't offer the morning after pill, but would offer abortions.

Goof: Ruby tells Knoll in this episode that she has to go to her class, "Costumes of Czarist Russia". That was a class she enrolled in during the Fall semester (as seen in episode 3, "Ancient History") But during this episode, we are already in the Spring semester.
