This whole genre of puppet were my favorite growing up. Everything from Fireball XL5 to Supercar and Captain Scarlett. These were inventive and fun to watch.

This kind of presentation was rekindled with the release of "Team America - World Police' except of course without the hard "R" rating.

Sylvia and Gerry Anderson's breakthrough designs, planning and creatvity made for great T.V.

I could not wait to see Fireball XL5. I mean puppets and all, but in my mind it was cutting edge. Robert the robot, clear plastic, how creative. \\\"Ready Venus?\\\" \\\"Ready Steve\\\" \\\"Right\\\"
\\\"Let\\\'s Go\\\" That is the scene you can see in the movie \\\"That Thing You Do\\\" When I saw that I could not believe it. Flying motorcycles and all. Way too corny, but as a child of 10, priceless.moreless
