Flaming Frontiers is a black and white western movie serial produced in 1938. It was created by Universal Pictures and consists of 15 episodes running for a total of five hours. It stars Tex Houston (Johnny Mack Brown, ) a famous scout who comes to the aid of Tom and Mary Grant (John Archer and Eleanor Hansen, ) ranchers that have discovered a very large gold mine. The evil Bart Eaton (James Blaine) catches wind of the discovery, and sets out to make it his own, bringing a team of scoundrels led by Ace Daggett (Charles Middleton) to help him take it over. It's up to Tex Houston to stop these outlaws and see that the gold mine stays in the hands of its rightful owner. Flaming Frontiers has a lot of western style action, with horse chases, bar fights, and six-guns blazing at a moment's notice.
