Sad news as Ew.com reports that ABC is axing the show. Man, first they yank it off for months, then replace show-runners because a few were griping about plots being slow and now axed before it reaches its apex? Put another one in "brilliant but canceled" category.

What a shame. I guess the show was just developing too slowly to build an audience. I hope they have the decency to properly wrap the series up in the last episode.

Not exactly surprised by this, but still disappointed. I was really hoping they'd give this one a second shot, but obviously that didn't happen. While I do watch V, I still would have preferred they renew this over that, or in a best case scenario, gave both a second season.

And of course, once again I find myself wondering why I should let myself get hooked on any show when the odds of it being able to run its course are so slim.

Really sad that they cancelled this show coz I was really getting to like it again plus there were some interesting storylines developing.

I'm fed up with this war between networks, good shows get the axe and bad shows continue to air... Question is : if each season ends up with a lottery, is it still worth watching altogether?

I am mad they cancelled it. Recently I enjoyed flashforward even more than Lost. This show became really great, and I hate to see it axed because of impatient viewers who gave up the show early because it was slow.
I seriously have nothing good to watch now. I am not gonna see another season of V. I don't believe V's finale will redeem itself.

Why do we watch a tv show on the beginning of its life? Now I know that we can't do that anymore, it's better to watch only that shows which already have more than two seasons completed.
I live in Brazil and I'm a big fan of tv shows from USA. The tv here in Brazil is really, really good, but in a matter of shows like House, Lost, Fringe, etc. has no chance facing yours. However, "my" tv doesn't cut off a show the way ABC did, if something goes on air, it'll be kept untill the end. If the audience is not good enough, they made a hell of a marketing in order to change that.
Sometimes I wonder why ABC released two new series knowing that only one would be renewed... we'll, it's over, life goes on...

This is how ABC rolls. Hopefully they will end it properly, but I will not hold my breath.

The problem is that there's two more episodes remaining: Countdown and Future Shock. I think they have already recorded both of them, haven't they?? So, in this case, the end will be the end previously planned, maybe with a "to be continued" =/

I dont believe this, this is stupid. For the first time we have an intelligent show with great characters and they cancel it. Even Heroes are going to have 13 eps into next season, and they lost it. FF has just getting started. It is a shame. They canceled TSCC, now FF I have only The Big Bang Theory to watch next season. It is a shame.

Bummer, I was hoping they could add something briefly as a conclusion! I am debating to watch the remaining or just stop with last night's episode.

they should just sell the show to another network like NBC. I am sure this show will do great at NBC since NBC doesnt really have any big sci fi shoes(except the dieing heroes which I wish was cancelled already)

I'd take this show over Heroes and V any day. I watch those other two simply due to genre appreciation. I have no illusions about their quality (or lack thereof.) FlashForward is/was more sophisticated, better written, and had a very talented cast.

With Lost gone, I think it would have had an opportunity to draw in that audience more strongly with a second season.

These days, I go into every new show expecting it to fail. And so should the producers. If they don't END it properly it'll be another mark against giving *any* new series a shot.

Simply ridiculous, Flashforward gets cancelled and they keep V.. an absolutely abyssmal mess of a series.
