Episode's title image: Charlie Benford's eyes as she wakes up from her flash forward
The last part of the episode clearly takes place at night, but the final shot of the scene where Mark starts a fight at a bar is of a clock that shows the time as 6:50. On April 29 in Los Angeles it would not be dark, or even getting dark yet, at 6:50. In reality, sunset was at 8:12 p.m on April 29, 2010.

Episode's title image: A flask of alcohol.
After Agent Vreede brings Gabriel his lunch, Vreede and Oliva are seen discussing Gabriel's condition, while in the background Gabriel is seen between them taking the wrapper completely off his food. The scene then cuts directly to Gabriel who is now holding a fully wrapped lunch again. He starts to unwrap it again and then pauses with it still partially wrapped, as he listens to Vreede and Olivia talk. The scene cuts back to Vreede and Olivia, and Gabriel is again seen between them, now holding the unwrapped food in his hands. He pulls the food up to his mouth to take a bite, as Vreede asks Olivia if he can question Gabriel. Vreede turns back to talk to Gabriel, who is now seen unwrapping his lunch yet again.

While rat poison is lethal to humans, it does not have the near-instantaneous effects shown here: drinking a cup of coffee and dropping dead an hour or so later. Rat poison is specifically designed to take time to occur (so that rats don't realize their food is poisoned), and a human would take days to die from it while suffering from a variety of obvious, painful symptoms.
Episode's title image: Gabriel strapped to a bed, having a forced flashforward.
Trivia: In the scene Marks cracks the Queen-figurine to discover the hidden anti-blackout ring, for the first time in the series one can see the duration of the blackout ("137 Sekunden") on the board and the Greek letter alpha on the ring nearly at the same time. Alpha is the fine-structure constant, a fundamental physical constant characterizing the strength of the electromagnetic interaction, and its ratio is about 1/137.
Dyson Frost instructs Mark to drive north on Route 57 into Antelope Valley, but California route 57 is a freeway running south out of Santa Ana north to Anaheim. This is nowhere near Antelope Valley.
Episode's title image: Mark in silhouette, running through steam tunnels.
The driving directions that Dyson Frost gives Mark are incorrect. Frost says to turn right at an unmarked dirt road at mile marker 31, but Mark makes a left turn instead.
While Olivia is running the wheel spin booth, the results change in mid-scene. At the beginning of the scene, it is shown spinning, and comes to rest on the result "3,4,5." After being told that she has to keep Charlie, the result changes to "5,5,5." After Mark's line "This is too close for comfort", the result of the spin changes back to "3,4,5."
Episode's title image: A few photos of Demitri and a partial sentence "15th, 2010 DEMITRI DIES".
When Simon and Lloyd talk about the formula Lloyd saw in his flashforward, the formula printed on paper is typeset in Word and not formatted at all. However, a physicist would use a TeX-derivate (such as MikTeX or LaTeX) to typeset well-formatted formulas.

After Bryce bumps into Nicole and she drops her pennies, they strike up a conversation, then walk off leaving all the pennies on the floor, a substantial hazard in a hospital.
Trivia: The blackout lasted 2 minutes and 17 seconds. The passage that Nicole's mother read before burning the Bible was Genesis 2:17.
When Nicole Kirby spots the guy she saw drowning her in her flashforward, she is carrying two or three large binders in her left arm as she begins to run after him. She runs towards the camera with the binders still in her left arm but the view turns to a rear view when she catches up with the wrong guy and the binders have switched to her right arm as she reaches out to turn him around with her left arm. As she does turn him around, the view again changes to her facing the camera and now the binders have totally disappeared.
