If you guessed that this episode of Flashpoint would revolve around two teens kidnapping a child and one racing up a roller coaster then you were right.
This episode certainly had its moments, but unfortunately they were all before the opening credits in the first few minutes. The action was nonexistent and the chase was as lackluster as I have ever seen.
Flashpoint needs to improve because even though they may be far superior to the rest of the CBS police dramas those pull in vastly better ratings in nearly every demographic.
So, a good episode, but hopefully we get more to come.moreless

scene: (CODA - Closing Scenes) Jessie gives her baby up again and is led to a police cruiser by Sgt. Parker. The team is debriefed. Afterward, Ed confronts Sabine about her actions during the situation. She asks him if the job gets any easier and he says no. After she walks away, Ed looks over at Sgt. Parker, who was watching the confrontation. The baby's parents cuddle and play with him. Sabine takes a long, hard look at herself in the mirror in the locker room. -
