Not returning for third season

    Bret and Jermaine and also James Bobin have confirmed today that the show will not have a third season.

    This is a sad day for me particulary. FOTC was one of my favourite comedy shows of all time and now its officially gone for good. Its been a good run and now I'll listen to their albums in memory of this amazing show.

    this type of comedy is not made to last more than one season, so that we got a second season was just pure luck. the second season wasnt as good as the first either so it was good they quit in time before it got really bad.

    I thought the second season was pretty good actually. The only issue was that they didn't get enough time to write their songs since many of the first season had songs they had written years back.


    In actual fact the second episode of the second season is probably their finest hour, sugar lumps and you don't have to be a prostitute. Superb.
