Flip This House on A&E will return in the fall with brand new episodes and a brand new cast. Trademark Properties will no longer be the real estate company on the show. They are holding open casting calls for new real estate companies to flip houses on the show. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything new.

Aww.. that stinks. I liked Trademark Properties... they knew how to maximize their profits.

Sorry to hear they're running with a new cast--had heard that before and hoped it wasn't true. The same folks were saying Trademark is moving their show to TLC.

Hint to A&E--our household didn't watch the show to learn how to flip houses. We watched it because we liked the Trademark crew.

I am very sorry to hear you are dropping Flip This House with Richard and crew from South Carolina. Our family loved to see how they would solve the messes they would get them-selves into. We will miss them.

Richard and his crew have moved to TLC. I don't think the Montelongos and the group from Atlanta will last long on A and E.

If they show more of the Atlanta Group: Lamont and Sam (don't particularly like Sam's wife...) I think that they'll last at least a few more seasons!

I like the atlanta crew (the one with Lamont and Sam, not Angie and her husband) the Montelongos are conceited but they have a reason to be, because they do great flips, however, I can see why a lot of people dislike them because they lack the likability factor...especially Armando. I'm not feeling the Conneticut crew much either, but ultimately, unlike some people I do watch the show to see them turn a crappy disgusting house into something beautiful, and nearly brand new. Personally, I love all the house flipping shows, both on A&E and TLC.
