Episode Summary

The Drought from the show Flipper and Lopaka is an Australian animated series, a creation of Glen Dolman, Rachel Spratt and David Witt. The episode's storyline tells of a water shortage leading to a drought that hits Iloka. Flipper in his desperate attempt to solve the problem tricks Dexter into finding an iceberg thus bringing it back to Iloka. Characters of the animated series include Lopaka, the 11 year old Polynesian boy; Flipper, a friendly bottlenose dolphin and son of the rulers of Quetso; Dexter, a manipulative octopus out to destroy Flipper and Serge, the mastermind behind most of Dexter's evil plans. Keith Scott is the voice actor in the series with Rodney Whitman as producer.moreless
