Flipping Out

Andy Cohen brings the entire cast, including Sarah and Trace, back together for the first time since the two were both let go. The group discusses the highs and lows of the past year and with feelings of betrayal on both sides, Sarah and Trace confront Jeff about the reasons why they were each fired. On the flip side, Jeff and Gage talk about their new home and the possibility of promoting Zoila from housekeeper to full-time nanny. And last but certainly not least, Jenni reveals some very exciting news about her boyfriend.

In the Season 5 finale, Jeff gets the urge to flip houses again, but realizes what he really wants is a home for him and Gage to settle down in. Elsewhere, Jeff must reassess Jenni's part-time status when a possible full-time employee is found.

Jeff's suspicions grow about how one of his contractors is handling finances, a development that precipitates a fiery fight between the two. In domestic dramas, Jeff deals with a pet-related medical problem.

Jeff hopes to land a job working on stylist Chaz Dean's salon in New York, but things get hairy when it appears he might not get the gig. Meanwhile, a client fires off steady insults at Jenni, and Jeff must try to balance protecting his staff and keeping his client satisfied.

Jeff tries to keep pace with the office's busy schedule, made more hectic with a reduced staff. He also works on finishing a salon, but disobedient staffers, overly demanding clients and fumbling contractors could lead to one of Jeff's patented blowups.

Doctor's orders instruct Zoila to recuperate with bed rest for several weeks, but tough taskmaster Jeff still insists that she's perfectly capable of doing chores. Elsewhere, Sarah's behavior continues to test Jeff's patience, prompting his decision to have a difficult meeting with her.
