Show Summary

Bobby Flay is an internationally known celebrity chef, restaurateur and host of several shows on the Food Network. After opening several restaurants including the Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay Steak and Bobby's Burger Palace, word of Flay's culinary skills swept through the food industry like wildfire. He was approached by Food Network in 1996 to host his first show: "The Main Ingredient With Bobby Flay." The success of this show led to Flay hosting several other Food Network shows including "Boy Meets Grill," "Iron Chef America," "Throwdown! With Bobby Flay," "BBQ With Bobby Flay," "The Best Thing I Ever Ate," "Brunch at Bobby's" and "Food Nation." Flay's shows have won several Emmy Awards for outstanding service show. Aside from his hosting duties, Flay makes regular appearances on the CBS Early Show's morning cooking segments. Flay also makes guest appearances on other Food Network chef's shows such as Paula Deen and Emeril Lagasse.
