Life Today with James Robison is a syndicated Christian television series that airs daily on a number of stations throughout the world, both Christian and secular. The half hour talk show is hosted by televangelist James Robison, the founder and President of the Christian relief organization Life Outreach International, and his wife Betty. James and Betty, who married in 1963, started their ministry together in 1965 and went into full-time television ministry, with the help of the Rev. Dr. Billy Graham, in 1968. Episodes of Life Today often feature interviews with Christian celebrities, past guests to the show include President George W. Bush, actor Robert Duvall, musician Randy Travis and baseball player Andy Petite, and performances by Christian musical acts such as Larnelle Harris, Steven Curtis Chapman and Sandi Patti. The show also features real stories from viewers who talk about their conversion to Christianity, and how their faith has changed their lives. A portion of each episode is dedicated to Life Today's third-world mission outreach, which is committed to helping impoverished people in need.
