This was the last episode broadcast by NBC. The following three were produced, but not aired, by them. Reportedly, NBC planned to show them during the summer of 1998 while attempting to negotiate a midseason renewal with the producers. The producers didn't agree to NBC's terms (co-ownership and increased creative control of the show, along with shared profits should the series make it to syndication), and so NBC cancelled it. Perhaps to punish the producers for not agreeing to their terms, NBC didn't air what was left in the can. WB did not - or could not - obtain the rights to the unaired episodes when they picked up the series, so they will only be seen when For Your Love goes into syndication in fall 2002.
