A particularly brutal murder leads Nick and Reese to suspect a released killer with a best-selling book on "The Killing Mind." The murder matches those that Reese investigated years ago prior to the man's conviction on a simple manslaughter charge. Reese and the murderer play a game of cat and mouse and Nick, Natalie, and Tracy try to find evidence that can prove he is the murderer.moreless

      • How are they able to issue a warrant for Manning's arrest? Reese obtains the evidence illegally. He punches Manning and grabs the hairs when he's got Manning on his knees. Natalie couldn't legally test those hairs to compare with those found on the victim. There's no way that evidence would be admissible in court.

      • Hitler's signature was by all accounts unreadable and those documents he typically signed were in cursive and he spelled out the first name "Adolph". Hitler's signature to LaCroix is printed, clearly readable, and he merely signs it "A." This is a relatively young Hitler, but it's still rather unlikely with all these combined.

      • At the end it appears that young Hitler signs his signature to LaCroix with his right hand (it's off-screen but the arm appears to be moving). Purportedly Hitler was left-handed.
