Animation Glitch: After Bloo is told to go to Mr. Herriman's office, Wilt, Coco, Eduardo, and Mac move a little bit on the floor without walking.
Madame Foster is small, but the bust is still only supposed to be a sculpture of the head and upper torso. The bust is her whole body.
Mac: Bloo, don't you think something's wrong? Bloo: What? The plan is flawless. All she has to do is sit perfectly still covered in flour for the rest of her life. Okay, maybe there is a slight flaw in the plan.
(After Blooregard gets one of the busts that Mr. Herriman has stored away, Frankie comes to her senses and wakes up from Eduardo's head butt, promptly breaking all the other busts) Bloo: (Pointing to Frankie) She did it! (Quickly exits the office) Mr. Herriman: (Handing Frankie a broom) Well, Miss Frances, rules are rules. Clean it up. Frankie: (Takes the broom) Rules, schmules! (Screams) I'm gonna clean YOU up, you crazy rabbit! (Starts to chase Mr. Herriman around the office) Come back here and I'll clean your clock!!! Mr. Herriman: Gahhh! Please, Miss Frances, you know the rules, no running around the house! (Breaking sound is heard) Ahhh!
Bloo: Guys, touch nothing. Don't even breathe. Don't even move. Just stand still. Mac: Will you relax? Bloo: (With muffled voice) I am relaxed!
(After seeing the kitchen in a mess, he calls Frankie who is still on TP duty) Mr. Herriman: (On intercom) MS. FRANCES! DISASTER IN THE KITCHEN! PLEASE COME IMMEDIATELY! Frankie: (From the outhouse) YOU WANT THIS TOILET PAPER OR NOT?!?!?
All (except Bloo): Ooooooh, you're SOOO busted! Bloo: Wha'd I do? Eduardo: Es Madam Foster! Bloo: Wha? Mac: You busted her bust! Bloo: Huh? Wilt: Herriman's prized possession! Bloo: What? Coco: Coco coco coco coco! Wilt: She's right, Herriman's totally gonna kill you!
Frankie: Guys, this isn't cool. Sorry, but I've got to say something. All: NO! Mac: No, Frankie, don't tell on Bloo. Frankie: I'm not telling on Bloo. Others: Phew. Frankie: I'm telling off Herriman! Others: What? Frankie: Oh, yeah, it's high time that rabbit learned that all those rules are freaking you out and driving me nuts. I'm gonna let him know straight up (To Bloo) that you busted the bust and you shouldn't be busted for it. I mean accidents happen, right? Mr. Herriman: (On intercom) Miss Frances, I have had it with your irresponsible dilly-dallying today. Meet me in my office in thirty seconds for a serious discussion about your employment here! Frankie: (Rolls up her sleeves) I've been waiting for this for a long time! Eduardo: Ah! No tell Herriman! (Grabs Frankie) I sorry! I sorry! I sorry! (Headbutts Frankie and throws her in a closet; Coco shuts the door with her foot) Wilt: Now, on a list of things that are not okay, that was really not okay. Eduardo: Eduardo es un bad boy! (Starts crying) Bloo: Si, let's go.
(While everyone is making the sculptures of soap) Bloo: It stinks. (Takes Mac's soap) Mac: Hey! Bloo: Uh-uh. (Takes Wilt's soap) Wilt: This is definitely not okay. (Bloo climbs to Eduardo's bunk) Bloo: Um... yeah. Eduardo, don't cry. But no... (Takes Eduardo's soap and gets off, tear drops fall on the floor)
Mr. Herriman: Ah, Madame Foster, your granddaughter is working my last nerve. I can't believe you and that slacker are related. Madame Foster: (Sticks out tounge, blowing a raspberry) Mr. Herriman: (Turns around) Bloo: Eh... excuse me. Mr. Herriman: Master Blooregard, if you hadn't said that "excuse me," you would have been right out of here.
Mr. Herriman: Master Blooregard! We only use two squares during each release. Bloo: What is wrong with you?! Ugh. (hear three rips) Mr. Herriman: Ahh ahh ahh. Bloo: Darn those bunny ears!
Mr. Herriman: Miss Frances! Two squares! Frankie: I'm not even doing that!
Mr. Herriman: Get up and get dressed! (Slight pause) Bloo: (Looks down) Done!
Mr. Herriman: Master Blooregard, there is a rule about standing... oh wait... no there isn't. Carry on!
Mr. Herriman: Pea sized please! Bloo: Please don't say "pea."
Kids' WB! airdate: July 16, 2005.
Animation Studio: Cartoon Network Studios.
"Busted" is shown as one of the CN cartoons on the DVD that came with the Spain edition of Cartoon Network Magazine Issue #47.
Title Card Sound: Toothpaste "molding" sound.
Credits: The friends staring at the bust. Two friends walk past it, for some reason.
Running Gag: Mr. Herriman has signs that ryhme, like "Utensils are essential", "Chew chew chew, it's good for you", and "Conservation takes concentration."
The sub-plot of this episode is somewhat similar to the Doug episode "Doug Meets The Rulemeister."
This is the first episode where Mr. Herriman opens his eye that is always closed.
The word "bust" means, "sculpture of the head and upper torso."
This episode is similar to (and possibly taken from) the Ren and Stimpy episode, "An Abe Divided." In that episode, Ren, having overheard that there might be treasure inside the head of the statue of Abraham Lincoln at the Lincoln Memorial, smashes open the head to find out for himself (the 'treasure' turns out to be caramel corn). The duo then spend the rest of the episode trying to reconstruct the head in various ways before their boss returns and discovers what has happened.
The repeating gag with Frankie putting the toilet paper over not under is reference to a debate whether its proper to have the open end over or under.
