this episode was pretty good but the creators could've done alittle better with the ending though this episode was pretty good i liked some stuff like the beggining it was pretty funny and cool, but some parts were confusing they kept saying the words "bust" or "busted" i dident like that part but i think the fans of this show will like this episode this episode cause of the funny and exciting parts of this episode but the ppl who dont like the show that much will not like this epsiode this episode was like an averade so i give this episode a 8.5/10
  • "This is no good. A bust this big needs ample support." - Bloo Bloo is scolded by Mr. Herriman again and again on breaking rules. This frustration leads to the destruction one of Herriman's prized possessions and chaos ensues.

Another fine example of a episode of Foster's Home that while it is geared towards children, adults laugh at the subtle comments such as the quote above. It turns out that everything that Bloo is doing is against the rules of Mr. Herriman. He hovers over Bloo and corrects his mistakes ever step of the way. Finally, Bloo reaches a breaking point at which he doesn't want to move so he can't break any rules. However, he flies into a huff when Mac shows up, bumps into a pedestal with Madame Foster's statue/bust on top, and it falls to the ground to shatter to pieces. The group then scrambles through several ideas to little success just to find out that Herriman has a closet full of busts in his office.

Right from the start, this episode made me laugh. Though geared towards juvenile humor with having to pee, Bloo's voice and expressions make the events more comically appealing. The mad escapades are also giggle-worthy, but I personally got more humor out of the continued angering of Frankie. He willingness to yell at Herriman is hilarious.

This was a great episode and a good show primer after the pilot/movie. Laughs all around.

  • It was a good episode.

So basically Bloo gets fed up with obeying Mr.Heriman's rules and breaks his bust(or a statue whatever.) He has to make sure he doesn't find up or he will get kicked out of Fosters. He trys numerous times and fails, angering Frankie and scaring Bloo. In the end Mr.Heriman just gives Bloo another statue. I liked this episode because of how mad Frankie was and when she was chasing Mr.Heriman with a broom. Although this episode wasn't as good as some of the other episodes of this show. This is my review, it was a pretty good episode. Done and done.
  • When Bloo breaks a miniature statue of Madame Foster, he does everything he can to fix it so Mr. Herriman won't kick him out of the house.

This episode was pretty good. I got irritated with Mr. Herriman at the beginning of the episode. His rules are too strict and too stupid. I felt sorry for Bloo when he was constantly being yelled at by Mr. Herriman because he wasn't obeying the rules. I thought it was funny how Bloo would always make a mess when he was trying to fix the statue. I thought it was funny how Mr. Herriman would make Frankie clean it up and then he would yell at her because it wasn't finished or another mess needed to be cleaned up. I liked the part where Bloo made Madame Foster sit in the statue's place so he wouldn't get yelled at.
  • My favorite episode.

This is by far my most favorite episode! Its funny, exciting, and very cleverly plotted. Bloo is getting annoyed with Mr. Herriman's rules, until finally, the little IF loses patience and breaks the bust of Madame Foster! Bloo and the gang go through many attempts to fix it, but it always ends up broken again. This episode was funny, but not as funny as the ending! It was nice to see Mr. Herriman get his just desserts. It would serve him right for overworking poor Frankie like he did!
  • My summary and review of the episode - Busted

    9.0
    "Superb"
When Bloo accidentally busts Mrs. Foster’s bust, he does everything he can to fix it before Mr. Herriman finds out. Mr. Herriman hears the crash of the bust breaking, but doesn’t know what crashed and is determined to find out what it is. Since Bloo and his friends mess up the place while trying to fix the bust, Mr. Herriman thinks that Frankie is not doing her chores properly and gives her more work to do.

This was a very funny episode. I did feel sorry for Frankie since she got blamed and had to work hard for something that wasn’t her fault. Madame Foster posing as the bust was humorous, and it was interesting to watch how everyone tried to fix the bust. This is an episode which I would definitely watch over and over and never get tired of.
  • Above average doesn't really do this episode justice, but there isn't an option for a funny episode. You see this is the first episode after the pilot movie of three episodes and they still had some plot points to make clear before continuing on.

Essentially this episode is to show that even though at the end of the pilot movie Madam Foster allowed Bloo to stay at her foster home without being adopted as long as Mac visits everyday, Mr. Herriman (the president of the house) sees this as Bloo already breaking a house rule. Mr. Herriman (the imaginary rabbit from Madam Foster's mind) then makes sure that Bloo knows the rules of the house (and how important they are to the big bunny).

So we are introduced to the house's rules while Bloo is being told them such as using only two squares of toilet paper while using the facilities and normal table manners. This beginning and throughout the episode permanently devolops Mr. Herriman's character and a great character he is, although I wouldn't want to live with him.

The plot isn't great (this is demonstrated when they finally use glue on the bust--what I thought Mac was supposed to be smart), but like the pilot movie, it doesn't need to be. As I said the series is still in its introductary stages and that's all we need from this episode. But we get more, because even though it isn't realistic that they wouldn't thought to use glue in the first place, the episode is still funny (hey come on, it's a kids' show).

The episode also foreshadows the character interaction that will be presented in future episodes, such as the relationship between Frankie and Mr. Herriman. Of course, this is a typical sitcom where the characters will remain static from series premire to finale, and the interaction between the characters are repetative, but still manage to be funny.

Overall, I liked this episode, because it made me laugh. And that's all I care about when I'm watching TV.
  • This ep has forever changed the way I look at toilet paper.

I love this one! It is so funny from start to finish! How Herriman keeps badgering Bloo about the tiniest little things (the two squares of toilet paper thing really cracked me up....I wonder if using just two squares is possible??) and then all of Bloo's schemes to not get caught busting the bust!! I especially like when he realizes the...um..."tiny" flaw in his plan about Madame Foster sitting there covered with powder for the rest of her life. It was one of the first eps I saw and man did it get me hooked.
  • he busted the bust!

Bloo kept braking all of Mr. Herriman's rules, so he decided to stand still until the day was over. That's when his friends came along. Bloo tripped and accidentally made it so the bust broke. Bloo was paranoid because Madame Foster's bust was Mr. Herriman's prized possesion. They all decide to rebuild it using paste, use Madame Foster covered in flour, and create another one using soap, but nothing worked, in fact, everything they tried caused Frankie even more work (which he hates!).

At the end, Mr. Herriman finds out only to reveal to Bloo that he had thousands of busts because they were so fragile!
  • You are so busted....

This episode was class! It was revealing, suprising and even shocking, in some places.

Bloo is angry at Herriman because he is on the little blue friends case all the time. Bloo thinks his respect for the rules is uncanny. So, it happens that Bloo was going to stand there all day, so he won't get into trouble.

When Mac comes, Bloo is still rooted to the spot and doesn't want to move. His friends try to make him move, resulting in terrible chaos.

    Madame Foster's bust is broken!

Bloo and the gang try to fix it, resulting in the breakige of more rulles.

But it turns out that Mr. Herriman isn't angry at Bloo when he turns himself in. In his experiance in this house he discovered that they break all the time.

A good episode with a surprise ending! 10/10

It was a great episode indeed

I couldn't agree with you all more

It goes to show why I watch Fosters

Maybe Harriman was meant to be strict and humorless

While he is the anatognist, Bloo is the protagnotist

It is like Harriman is the straight man and also as is Mac

But Bloo is clearly the star of the show

As well as the comic relief!
  • Busted,a great and funny episode that I have watched!

I like this episode. A great and funny episode! I like the part when Bloo was standing inside at the front of the foster's home and not moving. When Mac, Wilt, Eduardo, and Coco came to him and ask what he is doing they wondered. Bloo said "I'm not moving" but the gang didn't understand what he said and he repeated it again.

Finally they found out what is he's probelm. Bloo said(another word)"Herriman". The gang didn't understand. He said it again. After that he said again "Herriman!Herrriman!Herriman!". Now he was saying clear. That was funny. My favorite part was when Mr.Herriman was saying the rhyme words on the frame thing with Frankie or Bloo and the gang were fixing the bust but there were many bust on Mr.Herriman's office. The best part in this episode was when they did teamwork for fixing the bust. Very funny!
  • A magnificent episode of Foster's and I have enjoyed it!

This is a magnificent episode of Foster's. A great and funny epiosode and I have enjoyed it. I like this episode because they did teamwork making the bust to be fix. At the end they fixed the bust of their teamwork but there was plenty of the bust of Madame Foster on the cabinet on the office of Mr. Herriman. I like also the part when Frankie breaked accidentally the busts because Eduardo put her there. When Mr. Herriman said "Ms. Frances clean that up right now". Then Frankie said "I'm going to clean you up rabbit!". This episode is great!
  • Not the best episode made for Foster's.

This episode was okay.It didn't really have that much flavor.Busted was a good episode, though if they hadn't gone so offtopic from Bloo being forced to follow Mr.Herriman's rules to Bloo and the gang having to fix Madame Foster's bust when they didn't need to wouldn't have made the episode so boring.Overall,a good episode but better if they hadn't gone so offtopic.
  • Busted was an interesting episode where we see Bloo breaking a bust of Madame Foster, while Frankie has trouble with Mr. H.

I loved this episode. Mr. Herriman was so good in it. I like his etiquette-style mood, and always telling Frankie to do something. For example: "Frankie, clean the lobby!"

And all those plans Bloo made up: They were halirious! Especially the soap one where they make busts of soap. Bloo's really good at it. Too bad a splash of water melted it! Also, Madame Foster pretending to be the bust was halirious. I liked what she said when she got down: "I think I got some flower in my bloomers!" LOL!

This is an exciting episode, and one of the first I saw. I love it.
  • I liked this one for the most part.

I'm not gonna give this one a 10, even though I did love it. It just didn't seem as cute and great as some of the ones like 'Squeakerboxxx' and 'Store Wars'.

Overall, this one was a great one. I loved all the cute looks Eduardo had in it. Of course, I probably like every look he has considering how precious he is. ^_^

I loved how Mr. Herriman was being all 'rule-crazy' in the episode! Especially about the toilet paper. That silly rabbit. *shakes head* lol.

I dunno why I don't think it deserves a 10. I did think it was pretty funny and cute. I guess it was because it didn't make me gasp and grin and act like I was kinda in there with everybody. *shrug* Nervertheless, it was still a wonderful episode and I'm glad it was made!!
