Eduardo: (Faces Rivers' son again) They is hiding. Old Man Rivers' Son: The forms... are hiding. Eduardo: Si... they are very tricky forms. Old Man Rivers' Son: Are you actually telling me that the adoption form are hidden and that we have to find them?? Eduardo: Uh... Si! Those are the rules. Rivers' Son: That's... that's just faaantastic.

Welcome to Foster's! Feel free to look around! (turns back to Frankie) Who could the most friends adopted in the least amount of time, because these friends, they came from childrens hearts!...I mean, not their heart-hearts, but their brain-hearts, and they deserve to get adopted sooner than soon as possible so they can brighten their new kid's brain-heart! But the only way that can happen is if you ALL GET BACK TO YOUR STATIONS NOW! (everyone stands there) GO! (everyone runs off)
Goo: This is Scootles. He's a great friend! He eats sandwich crusts, lima beans, and really old, really cold pork chops! Scootles is awesome, 'cause you can't be allergic to him, because you can't, 'cause it's totally impossible! And also, you don't have to worry about him biting, 'cause his teeth, they're made of gum.
Bloo: (With Mac in the Orlando Bloo suit) We're on it. Frankie: (Takes trenchcoat and tophat) I'm burning these!
Goo: Excuse me, Mr. Sir, What are you doing? Mr. Sir: (Who would later turn out to be Old Man Rivers' son) Looking for the adoption forms. Goo: There are no adoption forms. The big badger took them away. Mr. Sir: Look all I know is that the rabbit said that there were, and the purple monster said they were hiding, and I'm just trying to find them so I can get a friend for my son.
Wilt: Um, Bloo, we have a problem. Bloo: You bet we do! I gotta get back at Young Man Rivers! Wilt: You know those papers you threw? They were the adoption forms. Bloo: So? Wilt: So, without them, no friends can be adopted.
Mac: (After seeing Blooregard and Wilt did "Orlando Bloo") I can't believe you did Orlando Bloo without me!
Bloo: (As "Orlando Bloo") Why it's elementary school, my dear Watson. They're the needy, they need. It's their thing. Therefore, they also need trash.
