Sometimes, spending a lot of money on a film doesn't get you anywhere, and it's actually the truth in the real world. Bloo and Mac discover it the hard way.

"Great"
"One False Movie" begins with Mac doing a little bit of filmmaking -- filming some of the gang at Foster's. He filmed Eduardo, Coco, and Wilt. After a while, he wanted to show Bloo the film. After Mac gave Bloo a description of what was in it, Bloo became very uninterested. Even after he viewed Mac's film, he was not impressed, and he offered Mac to help him do an even better film. Although he agreed to Bloo's proposition, Mac wasn't too confident about what his friend was going to do.
The next day, it was the day that the children in Mac's class would be witnessing the film, and Mac was about to see what Bloo had done to it. Bloo simply edited the film by adding random farting noises, compliments of Bloo's armpits. Even though Mac felt totally embarrassed, the classmates and even the school principal loved it. Mac begged Bloo to assist him with the film for the film festival. Bloo declines early on, because (right before being sent to the principal's office) Mac told him not to help him with projects ever again. He eventually reversed the decision, when he told Mac to say a few things and do jumping jacks.
Bloo and Mac showed the rest of the Foster's gang the film, and all (except for Eduardo) were completely amused by it. Even though the gang tried to tell Ed about the flatulence sounds being just sound effects from Bloo's underarms, he still felt that he was at fault. Ed would eventually write a letter to "Lauren Is Exploring" (which is a parody to Nick Jr.'s "Dora the Explorer" and could be a reference to writer/producer Lauren Faust) about his supposed "pooting" problem. Eventually, Foster's Creator/Director, Craig McCracken (who I believe voiced himself as one of the guys behind "Lauren Is Exploring") would get the letter.
As for the film, it took a lot of money to get the film going, and Mac would have to do everything to raise the funds, even sell stuff from an eBay-esque site, called schMeBay. Why the big bucks? Well, the effects, baby -- and the little things, and he even brought Tom Hanks into the mix (that's $3 million there). So, in the film -- we caught numerous references, including Star Wars, James Bond, E.T., and when Wilt was singing, the rhythm and parts of the lyrics were a parody of the group Smash Mouth, and the song "All Star." The film was very intriguing, with some awesome performances by Wilt and Coco. The 3-D version of Eduardo was great, as well. Right when the E.T. parody began, the remainder of the film was taped over with "Lauren Is Exploring." This made Ed satisfied, but the crowd overwhelmingly booed Blooregard off the stage, tossing tomatoes at him.
At the end, Mac would probably have to pay Madame Foster back for selling her items, even though she bought additional items off of schMeBay -- not noticing her items were sold. As for Bloo, it appeared that he got screwed worse. I thought it was an outstanding episode -- quite funny. Even though I thought some of the flatulence jokes were overdone at times, I thought the usage of them towards Eduardo were executed perfectly, and adding the Dora parody made it even sweeter. We learn that Bloo can be one heck of a filmmaker, and I was amazed with what he can do, even though I would have loved to see the rest of it. Instead, it doesn't end well for him. For those that are hardcore Frankie fanatics, you might be feeling as if something is missing in the episode. Otherwise, this was quite entertaining, and this sends a message that money doesn't always mean that things will work in your favor.
