  • Haha, this episode rocked!

Mac upsets Bloo by winning at all the arcade games and video games. When leaving the arcade, Bloo tries to get in a win by challenging Mac to a race to Foster's. Mac really gets into it and both run like the wind! Many obstacles stand in the way! Mac has trouble dealing with morals along the way, while Bloo gets into some financial problems. Both end up running back to the arcade. Then, after making up, they go at it again. Both race for their lives and Mac beats Bloo! At the hospital, they race again after Bloo says that Mac didn't really win.

This episode was funny! I loved it all! Mac and Bloo are truly best friends, even when they are competing against each other. This episode gets a 10 out of 10!moreless

Frankie says in the Mac ending, that this day was for testing the stairs, but in the Bloo ending, she wants them to race to the store...literally.

Mac ending: Bloo tries to say the race never happened, and Mac was delusional from the dehydration.

Bloo ending: Mac tries to make a technicality that since Bloo was wearing Mac's sneakers, Mac won.

The episode ends with them racing through the hospital either way.

    • Both of them had a reason for winning:

Mac: If Bloo won, Bloo would brag about it for the rest of his life, he'll think he's better than Mac, even to the point of saying he lived longer than Mac.

Bloo: Mac keeps gloating about winning, Bloo wanted to win to shut him up.

    • Credits: Bloo, crawling at the outset of Act II, wrinkled.

    • Saying: Slow and Steady Wins The Race.
This is the moral of the Aesop's Fable titled "The Tortise and The Hare", on which this story is based.

    • Step on a Crack, Break Your Momma's Back!

Twice in this episode, we see a sidewalk with cracks. An old superstition claims that your mother will have a broken back if you step on a crack.
