Mac insists the Bloo he knows wouldn't even eat fruit when Bloo says his favorite fruit is prunes. But we see Bloo eating banana's numerous times in other episodes. And we also see him eat cherries, grapes, different types of berries, and drinking apple juice!
Madame Fosters: (Mac and Madame Foster are in ridiculous costumes and running in place, while Mr. Harriman in the background keeps showing signs that say: Ka-pow, Band etc.) Madame Madame Madame Madame, Madame Madame Madame Madame Fos-ter! Madame Madame Madame Madame, Madame Madame Madame Madame Fos-ter!
Frankie: OK team. Operation Bloo is stepping down from "Code Red" to (gasps) "Code Blue".
Bloo: But its going to be so bo-o-ring! I mean, old people are so o-o-ld! No offense, Frankie.
Frankie: None taken. Wait! What? Hey!
Bloo: (After Hugo catches him hiding in a box) Probably... should've taped the bottom. (Chuckles) Good pie!
Madame Foster: Don't act your age, act your shoe size!
Credits: Bloo, still wrinkled from his bath, sitting on the porch at Foster's with an IV.
Human Debuts: Iman Oldcoot, Morty, Hugo, Gretchen.
Title Card Sound: Bloo, Wilt, Eduardo and Coco snoring.
This is the first time we see Madame Foster without her glasses.
This episode debuted in Cartoon Network's online video service on May 27, 2007.
Hugo: Lurch-ing Along?
Hugo in character, reminds many of Lurch from The Addams Family.
Madame Foster: Whispering her "theme song" while sneaking throughout the retirement home.
Madame Foster's scene were she is singing her theme song is similar to Kronk's scene from The Emperor's New Groove where he also sings his own theme song while he's sneaking throughout the empire.
Madam Foster: Madame, Madame, Madame, Madame, Madame, Madame, Madame, Madame Foster!
The tune that this was sung to is similar to the theme from the 1966 Batman television series.
Episode Title: Something Old, Something Bloo.
The title of this episode comes from the wedding adage "Something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue".
