I think this episode is the reason why Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends is so popular, this is how it goes if a creator of a cartoon wants its cartoon to be popular it needs to work very, very, very hard on the first episode. This episodes about,It's Madame Foster's birthday and Frankie has forgotten the one thing necessary for any party, the streamers! As Mr. Herriman orders her to go get some, Bloo, Eduardo, Mac, Wilt, and Coco tag along as well. They have five minutes left until they can leave, so they stop a one store and Frankie falls asleep in a vibrating chair and when she wakes up, everyone left to different places. Will Frankie be able to get to the party in time.
  • Frankie heads to the mall but ends up losing friends in the mall and she has to find them in time for Madame Foster's Birthday.

It's Madame Foster's birthday and Frankie forgets to get streamers. When she's about to go, Mac asks if he can go. She answers yes. Blue then wants to go. Coco then wants to go. Eduardo then walks to go. Wilt wants to go. A few minor friends also want to go. Frankie says yes and hurries off to the mall. While there, the friends get spread out looking in stores. Frankie realizes that they are gone so starts looking, frantic. She collects each friend and apologizes to a store clerk which Blue kicked in the shin. In the end they buy a masage chair and race to Foster's. Once they get there, Madama Foster opens up the masage chairs and hops on. She loves it. Overall Store Wars deserves 10.

this episode is about frankie, bloo and the others get lost in the mall for me i think this episode is better then the first episode for some reason cause this episode is more funny and exciting and bloo is way more funnier in this episode then in the first episode like the part when bloo calls the worker in the store "you ripoff artest!" or somthin and then kicks him in the chin that was real funny also i liked it when bloo stole some stuff and then the officers were going to arrest so then some officers say its the wrong guy cause hes dark blue and one offiers said that he was light blue and then diccuesd what color was he light blue or dark blue? then at the end bloo said that he did stole the stuff and the officsers chased after him anyway i rate this episode a 9.0/10
  • Frankie's "innocent" trip to the mall ends up to be a scavenger hunt for imaginary friends.

This episode was one of the funniest episodes I have seen in Foster's Home. Bloo made me laugh once again! He kept on kicking, and then he thought it was against the law for anybody to go to the mall if they didn't have any money, or at least thats what he told Coco. But when Frankie took them to the mall, Coco somehow got hired as a mall cop, Wilt was too busy holding the front door open for people that he never even got a chance to go in the mall, and of course Bloo was the worst, running around calling people rip-off artists and kicking them. I love this episode.

I love this episode. It's so funny because , well to start, Coco starts with no money. And within one day and alot of jobs she buys a masaging, spelling?, chaira that's like idk 3000 dollers. And then Wilt dose not even go anywhere, he just stands at the door holding the door ope for everyone. Then eduardo is just running away from "strangers". Frankie she fell asleep on the masage, spelling?, chair. Then when she woke up she had to try and find everyone. And then Mac was the "voice of reason"in this episode. And Bloo was the one that made everything go wrong in this episode.

Ok so at the beggining of this episode Frankie needs streamers, so she and the whole gang goes to the mall. They go this store and Frankie falls asleep in a vibrating chair. When she wakes up she is late so she panics. Meanwhile, Wilt is still holding the door open for people, and Bloo is going around looking for a cheap deal. He fails to find any, and goes and "steals" a chair cushion and is now getting chased by police officers. Mac and Frankie meet up to find the others to find Coco working at a lemondade stand. They tell her to wait for them and find Eduardo only to be chased by the police. So then they find Coco at the police department, and then she anoounces to her coworkers that Frankie, Mac, and Eduardo are there. They keep running, and Wilt closes the door on the police while Coco is the bus driver. Strange but it was actually a pretty good episode for the first one of the series.
  • When Frankie runs to the mall to get streamers, she accidentally falls asleep. Now she must find the other before the party starts.

This is the best and funniest episode every!!! When I first saw it, I thought I was going to pee my pants from laughing so hard. I liked the parts where Bloo called Coco a bird-plane-plant thing because she didn't have any money. I also liked the parts where Bloo called everyone a ripoff artist and kicked them in the shin. Other favorite parts include: Coco constantly switching jobs, Mac and Frankie trying to get Eduardo to run away from the guards, Wilt holding the door open for everyone, Frankie fighting with the lady over Mac, the guards trying to figure out what shade of blue Bloo is, and when Bloo was leading everyone through the store in an effort to find the party store.

This is my favoiurite episode ever, where confusion strikes when Frankie has to buy some streamers for Madame Foster's birthday party, when she takes Mac, Bloo, Wilt, Eduardo and Coco. Boo tries to find something special for Madame Foster, and this starts the confusion. Later, the police is after them, and when they are about to catch them, Wilt closes the door, beacause Mac dropped his bag, on purpose. Back at the party, Mr. Herriman is furious with Frankie, beacause she only took one little streamer. Bloo shows Madame Foster his present - a chair. But he's shocked when Coco shows Madame Foster a relax chair. This was a fantastic episode, 10/10!
  • I loved this episode!

This is one of the best Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends episode ever! It was funny and creative. Shopping at the mall for Madame Foster's birthday present is a great plot. Frankie having to scramble around searching for Bloo, Mac, Coco, and Eduardo was funny to watch. I especially loved the credits at the end! I watched this episode over and over again. This is exactly why I watch this series. The writers were definately no "rip off artists" for this episode. This special episode of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends receives a 10 from me. Go Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends!

This episode is one of the best! It`s Madame Foster`s and Mr. herriman told Frankie she forgot streamers so Frankie rushes into the Bus to get it fast in the mall. Bloo comes along with Frankie with Wilt, Eduardo, Mac and Coco. Bloo was having a argument with Coco until Frankie shouted, "Get In The Bus!"

they reached the mall and Bloo has them walking all over the place but he was looking for a gift for Madame Foster and Frankie thought he was searching for the Party store. A few minutes later they all get seperated. Bloo kept calling people Rip-of-Artist and kicked them in the shin(Exactly why this episode is funny!).Anyway later in the episode they reached back home but was too late. Bloo toke one of the Bus`s chair and give Madame Foster and he shoo kthe chair to think it was a massage chair. Bloo finds out that Coco bought the Massage chair and called Bloo a Rip Of Artist in her words and kicked him in the shin.It was a pretty funny episode and is one of my favourites!

Frankie has to run to the store to get streamers for Madame Foster’s birthday party, so Bloo, Mac, Wilt, Eduardo, and Coco decide to tag along. However, once they reach the mall, Bloo decides to get Madame Foster a special birthday present of his own, thus making the simple trip a complicated one.

This was a fun episode to watch. Coco was hilarious in her various jobs, and the scenes where Bloo goes to the shops and calls the salespeople ‘rip-off artists’ and kicks their shins was entertaining. The twist in the end as to who actually gives the resting chair to Madame Foster was a surprise, as I didn’t see that coming. All in all, this was a fun episode.
  • Well written and extremely entertaining.

It’s Madame Foster’s birthday and Mr. Herriman is making Frankie go to the mall to buy streamers for the party. The trouble is that Bloo suckers Frankie into taking him, Mac, Ed, Wilt and Coco with her.

Being the first episode of Foster’s that I saw in full I have to say that it’s a great one. From Bloo’s running gag of kicking people in the shin and calling them “rip off artists” to Coco’s many different jobs to Frankie, Mac and Ed getting chased by security guards, this episode had many moments that had me laughing hysterically.

It was also funny at the end to see the tables turned on Bloo at the end with Coco kicking him in the shin and calling him a rip-off artist.

This episode is an exceptional example of how good Foster’s is and totally deserves its 10/10 rating!
  • Frankie, Mac, Bloo, Edurado, Wilt, and Coco go to the mall to get streamers for Madam Foster's birthday party. Everybody gets split up, and trouble is made in the mall attracting police officers. In the end, they arrive late for the party, WITH streamers.

This is a great example of how good this series is. I encourage anybody that wants to have a good laugh to tune your TV to Cartoon Network when this show is on. This episode made me laugh and laugh. When all the friends and Frankie go to the mall, Bloo wanders off by himself. Person in store: \'You have to pay $100.00 for the massage chair, kid.\' Bloo: \'$100?! RIP-OFF ARTIST!\' *kicks person in the shins and runs off* Hilarious, I tell you. All the other episodes are just as great as this one, and this show(especially this episode) deserves a 10/10 rating.
  • this episode was great also!!! Bloo is so cute and funny..Frankie takes the gang *coco, bloo, eduardo, wilt, mac*to the mall to shop for a present for madem Foster,But Trouble is ahead of frankie When they get in the mall alot of madness occurs

"Store Wars" is one of the many good episodes of Foster's that knows how to have a good story, great characters and humorous gags-all mixed into one.

The episode begins when Frankie has to go to the mall to get some streamers after setting up the table. But Bloo, as well as the entire gang, tags along with her, as they wanted to make last-minute stop at the mall to buy a gift for Madame Foster. Soon, upon entering the mall, chaos ensues.

With such great lines and running gag, "Store Wars" is an episode to be enjoyed!
  • Finally they're done introducing the show to us! Maybe that's why they showed this episode out of order. I was going to classify this story as Well written, but the way Bloo treated Coco in the beginning was poor writing.

    8.0
    "Great"
When Coco tries to get on the bus Bloo says: Oh no, you're not getting on the bus. No dough; no go. That was kind of funny, but he didn't have any money until he snatched all of Wilt's, Mac's and Eduardo's. I guess it might be a little funny that he didn't have any money, but would let Coco go even though she's in the same situation he's in, but I just felt has was being too much of a jerk. Anyway I like the end where she gets him back.

With all that behind us, I thought this was an incredibly funny story. I love the security guard chase. I love the fact that Eduardo seems bipolar. I love when Bloo tells off the beeper salesman. And Coco is so hilarious in this episode!

I would've given this episode a higher score, but Bloo was being too mean to Coco in the beginning (even though it doesn't seem that big of a deal anymore).

    Watch this episode!
  • The very first episode I ever saw of Foster's... and I was hooked!!!!

I remember the day I watched this episode. I was sitting in the couch, bored, when I turned on the tv. Since there was nothing of what I used to watch, I put on Foster's. I literally fell in love with the show! I was laughing so hard in this episode that I even remember telling my mother about it! Note: I was 16 when I first watched it! And, not only did I tell my mother, I told my brother also. He was also hooked!

What I loved about this episode, and the show, is Bloo's character and personality. He's such an annoying, self-centered blob! He's funny and manipulative! Never had I seen a character in television like him!
  • This episode was great. The best bit was 'WHAT? I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY! RIP-OFF ARTIST!' "OW, MY SHIN!"

This was one of the best episodes the first season ever saw. It was imaginative, original, and most importantly, hilarious! I especially loved Bloo going 'LEBLURLEBLURLEBLUR!' It was fantastic. The only thing stopping me from giving this ten was coco. She really annoyed me the way she kept changing jobs and betraying the rest of the gang. I hate the way she never gets any come-uppance.

But most importantly, this episode was great. I laughed, I didn't cry, It didn't make me think either, but hey, I watch cartoons for the comedy, which is why this episode was great!

    9/10 Utterly genious.
  • The non stop gags in this episode had me laughing from start to finish.

Synopsis: It’s Madam Foster’s Birthday and Frankie needs to go to the mall to pick up streamers for the party, Mac, Bloo, Eduardo, Wilt and Coco tag along to pick up a last second gift mayhem ensues.

What Worked: The non stop gags in this episode had me laughing from start to finish (Bloo’s quest to make a massage chair and his tendency to kick people he deems rip off artists in the shins, Wilt’s hyper politeness, Coco getting a new job in the mall every minuet, Eduardo’s massive bout of paranoia about being abducted in the mall, a group of rent-a-cops stopping in the middle of their pursuit in order to have a artistic discussion about the color of Bloo, Dancing Cacti. I can go on seemingly for ever but we will be here all day.)

What Didn’t: Can’t really think of anything.

A classic way to start off the series proper, in the shows first regular episode BRAVO!

This episode is my favorite because it is PIYPF**. I laughed so hard i hurt my shin. My favorite part was the repeated joke with the ripoff artist and then bloo kicking every one in the shin. On a scale of one to ten i give this an eight point eight.

This was one of the funniest episodes of Foster's ever! Very well written with original jokes. Like when Bloo kept yelling rip-off artist to everyone and then kicking them in the shin. That was soooo funny! Or how Coco had a like three different jobs in the episode. That episode was so great overall!
  • First ep I saw, Foster's became my second-fave show.

    7.8
    "Good"
At first I thought Foster's was gonna sukc. Butt by watching this episode, I laughed and laughed, and made it my second-favourite! Coco and Bloo made me so attracted to this. Like Coco getting all the jobs. Bloo made me laugh when he was trying to make his own massage chair out of things he finds aroudn the store! But I was sorry for Frankie for being told off by Herriman just because of streamers. Geez, they are just things that dangle from the wall. There not like balloons that you can actually play with, or tie to your arm. And the ending wasn't too good, with Bloo being kicked in the shin because he didn't get Madame Foster a good present. It don't blame him, really. He was trying to do the right thing.

Overall, a good first episode (other than the pilot).
  • If the pilot episode didn't grab your attention to the show, this episode definitely will.

    9.5
    "Superb"
This is where Foster's rapidly gets into gear. The episode begins with a simple trip to the mall, which quickly turns into a wild goose chase. While Frankie takes a liking to a massage chair, Bloo runs amok in the mall, looking for the cheapest deals on each item. Of course, seeing as how he only has gum and a quarter, everything's too expensive for him, so he runs around calling people "rip-off artists" and kicking them in the shins. Security comes after Bloo, and soon, Frankie, Mac, and Eduardo join the prey (Wilt, meanwhile, continues to hold the front door open for people the entire episode, and Coco gets a job as one of the security guards). Disappointed with not being able to afford a massage chain, Bloo rips a beaten chair out of the Foster's bus and gives it to Madame Foster for her birthday. Coco, meanwhile, buys Madame Foster the massage chair with the money she received from being a cop, and kicks Bloo in the shin (Does he even have a shin?).

The various references in this episode are also a treat. Some of the store name parodies are clever, like "Seared" and "Pointier Image". Overall, this episode was wild from start to finish, and downright funny at that.
  • Happy Birthday Mdm Foster!

This was the first episode to be screened in USA and I don't live in USA so I won't say its a pilot episode.

Nevertheless this episode was quite good when Bloo kept calling people rip-off artists. However, you can't help but feel sorry for Coco when Bloo bullies her. Wilt doesn't talk much here so nothing much there.

Eduardo gets lost and is mocked by the security guard while Frankie loses all the friends and Mac. She finds Mac but the reception lady was being quite a spoiled brat and mocked her job. Once Frankie found Mac and the lady asked the guards to arrest Frankie was good. The part when Bloo was caught by the guards and when they are argueing over his colour was great.

Coco was so cute in this episode when she was a pop corn vendor, a bus driver, a security guard and other stuff. So, after Frankie finds all of them and Wilt was still at the door, Mac distracts Wilt by stereotyping his character. At the house, the friends and Herriman are disappointed and Frankie says a funny line "Here's your streamer Bugs!".

Bloo got what he deserved in the end when Coco kicked him in the shin. This is a rare episode when I want Bloo to get what he deserved.

  • Bloo, Mac, and Eduardo get lost after wandering around at the mall. Frankie tries to round them up but fails after being reported as a kidnapper. Near the end, they get out of the mall safe and everyone accounted for. At the end, Coco gives Madame Fosters

One of the very first episodes that I watched. The episode was very funny and I could not stop laughing. My favorite parts of the show was when they told us what Coco was and when Fankie had to round all of the guys up. The moral is to stick close to everyone and always go with a buddy if you are searching for something. Also, remember to bring enough money if you are going to buy something such as an expensive massage chair or things that make up one at least. By the end, was surprising that Coco was able to afford it and stand up Bloo.

Everytime I see this epoisode, I get so happy! It was the first one I ever saw and I laugh everytime I watch it!

Bloo was hilarious! Wilt was so sweet! Coco made me laugh a LOT and Mr. Herriman made me smile. And don't get me started on Eduardo! I'll always love him! He'll always be my favorite character!

The way Bloo kept yelling the 'rip-off artist' thing and kicking people in the shins was so funny and when Eduardo was too tired, I kept squealing 'cause he's so precious!

This episode was, is, and will always be my number 1 all-time favorite!!!

This episode was brilliant. The reason why? It got me hooked. It started to show people\'s personalities. e.g. Bloo\'s greediness.

    My favourite scenes were:

    Coco and Bloo\'s fight.

    Frankie panicking

    Trying to find the directory

    The police chase

    Bloo, Aqua, Turquiose.

    Coco\'s Job

This eppy got my hooked. I\'ve been watching it ever since.
