AIRED:

Jimmy Durante hosts with guests comedian Fred Allen and Eddie Cantor. Also appearing are longtime vaudeville partner Eddie Jackson, Jack Roth, Milton Frome, Al Norman, and pianist Jules Buffano.
In sketches, Allen takes Durante to his Maine lodge and puts him on a TV show full of nothing but commercials. The two sing "(If You've Got) Personality" with Allen playing the clarinet badly. Durante goes to Bali where the island girls dance and fawn over him. At Club Durant, Durante does "She's a Little Bit This." Cantor enters when Jackson is introduced and sings "Waiting For the Robert E. Lee". Jackson sings "Is It True What They Say About Dixie?"
