Frasier

Niles complains about a toothache, but after hearing that his tooth is fine, he tells Roz that it could be referred pain for something more serious like a heart condition.



Roz mocks Niles telling him to go see a doctor, and Niles doesn't think much about it till things start happening to him some strange like his car getting hit by lightning, and seeing another Niles and Daphne in Nervosa who also happen to be a couple to winning two Fannie packs from a contest on a bottle of water.



Niles suspicions prove true, when an irregularity is found in his EKG and is immediately hospitalized.



The funny aspects of the episode came when Martin and Frasier hired and attractive but very irresponsible woman named Trish to try and take over Daphne's old job, and Martin cleaned the apartment so Frasier wouldn't know he was right for a change.
