Martin's boss bullies him, so Frasier decides to take it upon himself, even after Martin repeatedly told him it was no big deal, to complain to a higher up, which happens to be Martin's boss's son.

Rich gets wind of it and makes Marty's life miserable giving him graveyard shifts thinking he was the one who complained.

He later finds out it was Martin's boys who complained and while they are in a storage closet Martin and Rich play a little prank on them, as well as tell stories about their sons.

Just goes to show that Frasier should listen to his dad and leave things alone.moreless
