    "Perfect"
Frasier gets another radio segment, this one is about wine, and, much to Gil Chesterton's annoyance it cuts his show by 15 mins.

So with Frasier's new wine show, he resigns from the wine club, and Niles jealous that Frasier stole his moment forbids the club from calling into his show, which cause Frasier and Niles to have a big fight.

Enter Martin: My favorite part of the episode Martin goes down to the wine club and forces Niles and Frasier to make up, and for Niles to let Frasier back into the wine club, which he does, but after their little incident, the other members of the club start teasing them about being yelling at by their dad, which cause both Niles and Frasier to quiet and start their own wine club.moreless

    • Martin: (Exit line to Frasier and Niles at the wine club) Now, if you don't mind, I've got a big plate of Gewurzplatzchen waiting for me at home with my name on it. Gewurzplatzchen are German spice cookies.

    • Frasier: Listen, my father's been letting his exercises slide a bit. Frederika: Oh well, that's human nature, Dr. Crane. People neglect their exercising for many reasons – holidays, travel, illness, lack of time, death... and there's only one of those excuses that I accept: it's holidays! (laughs) Oh, it's just your leg I'm pulling!

    • Roz: (referring to Gil's very "gay" producer) Hey, Gil. What is the deal with Lance? Gil: Oooh! Smitten already, are we Roz? Well, he's certainly catnip to the ladies. Roz: Nooo. That wasn't... Really? Gil: (Checking to see that Lance isn't listening) Well, that's what he claims. Of course I've never actually seen him with a woman. Just between us, I've always felt he went the other way. Roz: (After a confused pause) Which way would that be?
