    Does anyone else find it odd that a upper-class American doctor is familiar with the work of Mancunian punk-poet John Cooper Clarke?

    What a great episode, her advice was hilariously banal, and for once Frasier's snobbery was well-placed - his suggestion that Barney the Dinosaur is "worldly cynicism" by comparison... "You don't have to be a star to twinkle"... "just for today, be a sunflower"....
