If I count all of the episodes with Lilith and Freddie, because they were both on Cheers, there are a lot of Cheers crossovers. Here are the choices:

The Show Where Lilith Comes Back
Adventures in Paradise (1)/Adventures in Paradise (2)
    Frasier Grinch
The Show Where Sam Shows Up
The Show Where Diane Comes Back
    A Lilith Thanksgiving
    The Unnatural
    Room Service
    Good Samaritan
The Show Where Woody Shows Up
    The Apparent Trap
    Cranes Unplugged
Cranes Go Caribbean/Don Juan in Hell (1)/Don Juan in Hell (2)
    War of the Words
    Cheerful Goodbyes
    Star Mitzvah
    Lilith Needs a Favor
    Guns N' Neuroses
    High Holidays

I would probably choose the episode "Cheerful Goodbyes." That was a funny episodes. The Carla/Cliff moments alone made it great.

    What is your favorite?

I think it would have been funnier to see, in the Ted Danson crossover, him and roz hooking up, instead of this "bride" that came out of nowhere. perhaps because I don't like tea leoni. the first couple of scenes of "the show where Sam Shows up" were hillarious, but than it tanked for me. having not seen all the crossovers I loved Lillith's last appearence. I thought the way she and Frasier said goodbeyes was funny and sweet at the same time.

"Cheerful Goodbyes" was executed so poorly. Okay, so it was a reunion of most of the supporting characters from "Cheers," that doesn't mean it was funny. Heck, they turned Carla into a complete shrew in that episode.

Did Frasier and Lilith get divorced on Cheers or Frasier?

They got divorced in the few months seperated between the finale of Cheers, and the premiere of Frasier.

I liked all the episodes where there were crossovers. I just wish there were more.

I would have to go with the Don Juan in Hell episodes, having both Diane and Lilith show up added to the extreme neurosis of Frasier.

I haven't seen all of them, but I've seen most. My fave is probably The Show Where Sam Shows Up, mainly because I love Sam so much. He's one of the best comic creations ever, IMHO. I noticed, though, in that episode, that Frasier went back to being Cheers Frasier, rather than Frasier Frasier. For example, Frasier Frasier doesn't often give high fives or go for stewardesses, but because Sam was there he does. I get the feeling that Frasier Frasier would never become friends with someone like Sam Malone, but Cheers Frasier obviously did. Hope that made sense to you!

The one where Niles and Lilith sleep together.

A:  Niles gets some.  He really needed it at that point in the show.

    B.  A chance to see Bebe Neuwirth's incredible body and legs in skimpy attire.

    I choose "Cheerful Goodbyes". It's just too bad there wasn't a Roz/Carla face-off.

I didn't realise how many of episodes the Cheers cast were in, I dont think I have seen all of them but Star Mitvah was pretty funny.
