I also have lots of favorites.   Some of them have already been mentioned above, such as Daphne's Room and also The Innkeepers, which was hilarious, especially Niles and Daphne with the eels and towards the end when the cherries jubilee exploded, with Roz coming into the kitchen covered in cherries and her hair standing straight up.

David Hyde Pierce's performance in Three Valentines was nothing less than brilliant!   Another couple of episodes where the comedic genius of DHP shone through were An Affair to Forget, where he had a duel with Maris' Bavarian fencing instructor, and also his little breakdown in Murder Most Maris, in the final season, where he stripped down naked in Cafe Nervosa due to the stress of Maris' incessant calls to him from jail.

Room Service was another great episode, not only because of the obvious humor, but also the unexpected plot.   Niles and Lilith's one-night dalliance came as a total surprise.....they were a most unlikely duo!

Lastly, I liked all the episodes which included Kate Costas (Mercedes Ruehl) in the third season.   I thought her chemistry with Frasier was second to none, and the two of them did comedy so well.   I've always said it's too bad she didn't come later in the series, as I think she should have been the one with Frasier in the end.....not Charlotte (ugh!).

I haven't seen all of them, but the episodes that really stick out to me are "Frasier Crane's Day Off," "The Innkeepers," "Chess Pains," "Voyage of the Damned," and "Enemy at the Gates."

Oh...no way could I forget about The Ski Lodge.   I just hadn't watched it for a while saw it last weekend.   It's definitely one of the funnier episodes....and what a comedy of errors!   Let's see now....Frasier liked Annie.....Annie liked Niles.....Niles liked Daphne (of course).....Daphne liked Guy, but Guy wanted Niles......and Martin just went to bed to get away from it all!   It was hilarious how everyone kept ending up with the wrong person.   And poor, poor Niles.....as if Guy's amorous advances weren't enough, he had Annie (who had to be twice his size) after him too.   Very entertaining episode!

Dial M for Martin is a classic, Martin persuades Niles to let him stay with him for a while, using Daphne as bait. Daphne realises Martin doesnt need care anymore and looks for another job and DHP in usual fine form subconsciously attempts to hurt marin in order to keep Daphne. Frasier meanwhile is at last alone in his apartment and has a date with a 'lingerie' model, the scenes where Frasier is turning his romantic music on and off whilst Martin, Niles and Daphne each arrive separately is pant wettingly funny !! Ham Radio is also great and Flour Child from Season 2 where Niles prepares for fatherhood by using a bag of flour...hilarious
