    "Perfect"
Frasier gets sucked into entering a bike-a-thon that KACL is putting on to help research a cure for AIDS.

The problem is neither Frasier nor Niles (who gets sucked into joining by Daphne) know how to ride a bike, so Daphne decides to try and teach them with hilarious results.

Niles isn't to bad after awhile but Frasier keeps running into the same tree no matter which way he goes, which I found to be really funny, that and on the day of the race he runs into a mail box, turns the other way and comes right back to the mailbox.

You never see how well Frasier did or if he even finished but by judging his encounter with the mailbox, one can figure he doesn't do well.moreless

    • In this episode, Frasier can't ride a bicycle, however, in Season Five's "Desperately Seeking Closure" we learn from Niles that Frasier once owned and rode a moped, "in order to hang out with the cool kids".

    • Because they can't ride bikes, Frasier says he and Niles were always annoyed when someone used the expression, "Easy as riding a bicycle." However, Frasier uses the expression himself in the episode "Deathtrap".

    • Martin: I tried teaching them, but I had to take them to the hospital so many times, Social Services started sniffing around.

    ADD ALLUSIONS
    • The title is an allusion to the Schwinn bicycle company, renowned as a German manufacturer of bicycling engineering.

    • Fraiser's constant run-ins with the tree and the mailbox and the way he falls over afterwards is an allusion to a running gag in Rowan & Martin's Laugh-in (1968-'73)where a man wearing a yellow raincoat riding a tricycle runs into various objects--and falls over.
