Roz regrets her fight with Frasier and leaving KACL, so taking some advice Niles gave her she shows up at KACL like nothing happened.
Roz later stops by Frasier's while Julia is there and Frasier and Roz get into it about the night they slept together, which Julia hears and leaves, Roz and Frasier then eat the meal Julia was preparing for them.
Meanwhile Niles and Daphne want to conceive, but after finding out that his sperm deposit wasn't used, he fears that he and Daphne won't be able to have a kid, so begins using devices to try and help him along, but when he decides to finally tell Daphne, they find out that she is pregnant.
