    "Perfect"
Frasier has tried and failed for years to become condo board president, so he thinks that people will listen to his ideas if they come from somebody else so he talks his dad into running for president, something he regrets, when he finds out the former president dropped out which would automatically have made him president.

Martin wins, and together Frasier and Martin make the building a better place, that is until Martin starts doing things his way, and Frasier becomes mad with power, they have an argument, but in the end after everybody gives Marty a bad time about the parking spaces Frasier sticks up for him, and Martin resign making Frasier the new president, he responds with a hand gesture to the other people.

Looks like Frasier finally put to rest his desire to become condo board president, good for him.moreless

    • The plot of Frasier and Martin was based on the real life of Eva Peron. At one point, Frasier refered to Martin as 'Evita'. That was Peron's nickname, and the title of the 1976 Broadway musical (later turned into an Academy Award winning 1996 movie) which portrayed that story.

    • Frasier: (about Martin) So...the puppet thinks he's a real boy. He alludes to the story of Pinnochio.
